I switched fro Orcad Layout to PCB Editor some time ago. Still self training. I recommend to start with 'Allegro PCB Editor Tutorial'. It is a quick presentation of all the steps. Then, 'Allegro PCB User Guide' which presents in 12 Books the above steps, but in detail. The HELP in each window is very helpfull. The schematics have to be created and printed for manufacturing the PCB boards. OrCAD PSPICE free download can be used to design the circuits with the tools that are available in the software. This OrCAD viewer freeware is free.
